BHM Scout Group welcomes you.

Welcome to 2nd Billingborough, Horbling and Morton scout group commonly known as BHM. We are a long established and unique group that runs Beavers, Cubs, Scouts sections and an Explorer satellite unit of the Stamford and Bourne District Explorers. We are part of the Stamford and Bourne District within the county of Lincolnshire. Our headquarters and hut is in Horbling just off the B1177 between Sleaford and Bourne but our catchment area spreads all over.

We currently have over 100 members split into the different sections but the doors are always open to new members from beavers all the way through to adults. Each section is run by volunteers the majority being parents of members who give up their free time to run a section as a leader, assistant leader or as a parent helper. All overseen by a Group Scout Leader and a committee of parents.

At BHM we are always on the lookout for adults that would like to become part of our leadership team, a parent helper or even in the committee to ensure the running of the group remains. By doing so you will join a friendly group of people of all ages, all working together to make children's experience of scouting the best available.

The Scout Association offers everyday adventure and activity to almost 500,000 young people in the UK. It is the largest co-educational youth organisation in the world, with over 28 million members in 216 countries and territories.

Scouting is organised through The Scout Association and has a clear purpose:
To help young people achieve their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.

Scouting is available to both boys and girls and is divided into several main sections dependent upon your age, for more details on any of them or to sign up please click on the right.
